Puts all 4 Spirits in the backline and use Signet of Creation. If the Warriors come for you or your Spirits, they'll get automatically blinded all the time, and by the time they finished with the first Spirits, you'll have the others up easily. Ritual Lord for the fast recharge and Boon of Creation as energy management and small self-healing. An efficient way of using Displacement is to place it farther away than the other Spirits, because else it'll just die when the enemy gathers adrenaline from the guy in the frontline, so when they come and spike a soft target, he can just fall back a few steps in the range of Displacement and the spike fails.
This is just a suggestion, and I strongly suggest you try some combinations out for yourself, and here other skills to consider:
Armor of Unfeeling: Great if you are being pressured.
Life/Recuperation: Some healing for the whole group, good against pressure
Dissonance: Great for both defencive and offencive purposes.
Wanderlust: Great for both offencive and defencive purposes, especially pisses me off when my Backbreaker gets interrupted by the knockdown, since attacking is considered as standing still.
Disenchantment: Great for both defencive and offencive purposes.
Pain/Bloodsong: For damage.
NOTE: This build has not been tested properly with these exact skills and is meant to be used in 8v8, especially GvG.
